By sending your photo to contest@bulabug.com you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Photo Release.

Terms & Conditions: By sending us your photo and entering the Photo Contest you agree to the photo release below.

Photo Release: I hereby grant Brandee Mae Hughes DBA Bula Bug to use my photograph(s) and likeness in any and all publications, including, without limitation, website entries, e books, and paper books without payment or any other consideration whatsoever. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Brandee Mae Hughes and I release any and all copyrights and any and all control with regard to placement of photos to Brandee Mae Hughes. I also understand that my Name will be credited as the Photographer whenever and wherever the photo is used to the extent such credit is within Brandee Hughes’ control. I hereby irrevocably authorize Brandee Hughes to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo/these photos for purposes of publicizing Brandee Hughes’ programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I expressly waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including, without limitation, written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness or photographs released herein appear. Additionally, I expressly waive any and all right to royalties, interest in profits or other compensation or income received, arising from or related to the use of the photographs released herein whatsoever.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Brandee Hughes from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have as a result of her use or authorization of use of the photographs released herein.

I am over 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before submitting my photo to contest@bulabug.com and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
