Creatures in the Cold – Winter Fun for Kids

Sign up today for our 4 session Creatures in the Cold class.

Brandee will come to your school or pre-school and treat the kids to 4 days of winter style fun! Here is what will go on for each day:

Day 1

-Introduction to critters that can be found in the cold.
-Pictures of how critters hide using camouflage and mimicking
-Meet the stick Bugs! Live insects show children hands on how they hide

Day 2

-Story Time with World of Bugs Backyard Bugs
-Who is your favorite bug and why?
-Make-a-bug arts and crafts

 Day 3

-Buggy face painting
-Creature Hunt Cards activity
-Story Time with World of Bugs Backyard Guide

Day 4

-“How to find Bugs” talk
-Outdoor Bug Hunt!
-What we caught” group sharing
-Bug release! Put them back where we found them.
